Shipping Rates Updated / Select Countries Re-Enabled

We've decided to re-enable the following countries in Shopify as of today:

Israel, North Macedonia, Japan, Russia, and Belarus

The leading causes for these countries being disabled in the first place can be attributed to low delivery success using DHL's older Global Mail Packet service and issues with special characters being used at checkout.

However, DHL Packet/Parcel Plus is now the standard and represents a significant improvement over the old service. Additionally, we have blocked the use of special characters at checkout. We believe these fulfillment improvements will mitigate previous concerns.

We have also gone through and reworked our current Shopify rates to more closely align with our current shipping and fulfillment costs. This rework has resulted in several different rate adjustments domestically and globally.

We have removed all UPS shipping options. UPS is currently charging additional fees for all their services that currently make them unfeasible as a shipping method.  

Standard shipping rates have remained largely unchanged, but the standard shipping delivery window is now 3-5 business days.

This new window is an improvement over the previous 7-10 business day average and will continue to improve as we build up stock across all our facilities.

Note: Any domestic orders $99.99+ within the contiguous US still receive Free Shipping.

DHL Packet/Parcel Plus

We've made no significant changes to this method.

DHL Express

We've cut available DHL Express rates by about $25-30 on average. There are certain cases where DHL Express is cheaper once an order has reached a certain weight threshold. You can see all shipping options to choose whichever works best.
